Vocab Breakdown

人生最大（じんせいさいだい）： is always followed by a noun to mean that something is the maximum X of one’s life (e.g.  the greatest (luxury), the biggest (mistake), the most (success))

幸運（こううん）： luck/fortune

目（め）：eyes

前（まえ）：in front of, before (also in the sense of time)

逃す（のがす）： 1. to let slip away  2. to overlook (a detail)  3. to miss out on, to pass up
