Vocab Breakdown
人生最大(じんせいさいだい): is always followed by a noun to mean that something is the maximum X of one’s life (e.g. the greatest (luxury), the biggest (mistake), the most (success))
幸運(こううん): luck/fortune
目(め):eyes
前(まえ):in front of, before (also in the sense of time)
逃す(のがす): 1. to let slip away 2. to overlook (a detail) 3. to miss out on, to pass up
