トイレに紙かみがなかったので、サカモトは消火器しょうかきを使つかってケツを拭ふいた。

Since there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, Sakamoto used a fire extinguisher to wipe his butt.

→ウォシュレットみたいな感覚かんかくでやっちゃったのね。

He did it with the sensation like a washlet.
