ローズは試合終了しあいしゅうりょうの笛ふえが鳴なった後あとも変へんなダンスを踊おどり続つづけている。

Vocab Breakdown

試合終了の笛が鳴る（しあいしゅうりょうのふえがなる）： The final whistle blows (試合終了itself means “end of the game” but paired with 笛 which means whistle, “final whistle” sounds more natural. Also 鳴る means to ring, but because it is paired with 笛, blow seems to be more appropriate).
