首くびが痛いたい。とりあえず下痢止げりどめの薬くすりでも貼はっておこう。

My neck hurts. I’ll just slap on some antidiarrheal medicine for now.

 

→痛いたみは治おさまらず、更さらに下痢げりになってしまった。

The pain didn’t get better, and he had diarrhea in additional.
