サカモトは今日きょうのおしっこに満足まんぞくできなかったため、醤油しょうゆとオリーブオイルを加くわえた。

Since Sakamoto was not satisfied with today’s pee, he added soy sauce and olive oil.

「トイレにもボクのおしっこを美味おいしく飲のんでいただきたくて・・・」

He also wants the toilet to drink his pee deliciously.
